Hello sorry if this is a repost or in the wrong section could not find a better section than this or help
I have installed Teamviewer on my computer and sideloaded teamviewer quick support onto my amazon firestick i can connect to the device but all it does is let me check the performance of the device and file transfer and chat i cannot view or control it from my mouse or keyboard i dont even get the screen of the device can anyone help me with this or tell me what i am doing wrong?
