Starting in XBMC 13.x on Android and Kodi 14.x on Windows, I've found that seeking by any means (skipping forward/backward, fast forwarding/rewinding, or dragging the current position forwards/backwards) doesn't work for dvr-ms files between 2 GB and 4 GB in size.
Any smaller than 2 GB works fine in Kodi 14.2 and 15.0 beta 2 and any larger than 4 GB works fine in Kodi 14.2, though curiously not in 15.0 beta 2 (at least on Android - haven't checked Windows).
Is this a known bug?
