Yes 1204 is the last build with the "old" DB version.
I am still on 1203 because 1204 does not play any 3D.
Thanks, got it. Not even half-SBS 3D? Any other source for an OE built based on Kodi 16 beta 4?

I have only mkv and iso 3D MVC files and all of them were playing inn 2D. The 3D menue (when playing a file, next to the audio and subtiltle menue) was completely missing.

So far i have not found any other testbuilds that inckude 3D MVC playback for iso and mkv files.
I have even build OpenELEC from the latest source code and it seems that OE 7 will not include 3D MVC playback of mkv and iso files on a rPI2.

I am also looking for a build with complete 3D support on a PI2 but with Kodi 16. So far i have not found one.
It feels we are solving for two different issues? 3D MVC is not supported by Kodi 16, but will be in Kodi 17. So, you are basically looking for a Kodi 16 with a backport of 3D MVC support?

On the other hand, I am looking for a stable OE built, which includes all the bug fixes reflected in Kodi 17 Beta 4 and also the soon to come RC / stable builts.

Would be great to hear from @Milhouse whether this is planned. Thanks!

Which is not going to happen.

I'm sure OE will produce an OE 7 with final Kodi 16/Jarvis when Jarvis is stable.
Usually this is preceded by OE 6.9x builds with beta Kodi16/Jarvis some time before. I don't know when that will happen, but I'm sure it will.

OSMC has produced an official Kodi 16/Jarvis build here.
OE 7 will be based on Kodi 16, and will have whatever 3D support is in Kodi 16, which I thought was fairly complete, although ISO support may only be in Kodi 17 - not sure if there are any plans to backport.

OE7 is based on Kodi 16 (Jarvis), and I'm pretty sure 3D MKV playback is supported by Kodi 16.

For ISO playback support you need an OpenELEC build based on Kodi 17 (Krypton) with latest RPi patches - or use my Kodi 17 test builds.
Thank you for the clarification Milhouse.
I was just hoping that the latest PI2 features were aproaching a more stable state.

Oh well, than i will stay with your builds until OE8 bekomes ready.
Thanks a lot popcornmix and milhouse. So as long s I'd like to stay on 16, #1204 will be my best shot until OE7 will come out. I was playing with the thought of using OSMC for a while (I like their default skin), but dropped the thought for now.
Where can I download Jarvis beta 5 #0110 9D9A153 for rpi 2?

The last I see is #1204.

No such thing. All builds after #1204 are now Kodi 17 (Krypton) and continued here.

If you want an OpenELEC Jarvis build you'll need to wait for the OpenELEC 7 Beta cycle to start, or try an OpenELEC nightly - these are currently based on 16.0-beta5-19fc4fa.

Thanks. I thought so that would be the case. Well in that case I will wait.
Hey guys, i am a little confused. Jarvis is released but how can i update my pi2 kodi 15.2 to 16.0 ?

If i understand it right openelec need to be updated first. So the jarvis release is not OS simultaneous?

Does it take weeks or month until jarvis pi2 will be released?

Jarvis isn't released yet. It is a release candidate. The OE team will probably have a beta soon.
when I am playing back a stream with live tv, the audio and video will become out of sync after some time. Does anyone know a fix for this?
Which version of OE is the most stable release that includes the HEVC playback updates?
