Unfortunately I haven't found one yet that compares...I've just tried a milhouse Kodi 16 dev build on a Pi 2 and was very impressed with how much more fluid the GUI is, with a bit of overclock (which also allows a 1080i MMAL-Advanced - roughly YADIF 2x quality - deinterlace) It's not quite Chromebox good - but it is very nice.
