Hi all !
I have two troubles and I need to helping with they, please:

First question:
KODI 14.2 (RC1) in my Android Box is doing wrong detection of aspect ratio at some time. There is shifted screen on the display when aspect ratio was wrong detected too. Problem lasts during watching Live-TV (on some TV channels only - IPTV Simple Client addon) and throughout my movies (only in someone movie) watching too. You can see it on photo below.
I was trying all these troubles on my PC with Windows-7 and preinstalled KODI 14.2 too. On my PC with Windows-7 system is all right. With deafult KODI settings on both of them.

Second question.
On the display I see two black boxes: left+right sides OR top+bottom. I don't see why they must to be there. I don't know how to disable them.

Who can help me please ? Thanks for all your answers !

- here are two photos... because making a screenshot is not possible to do (on my older non-smart TV):

///////////// EDIT :
When I disable HW-acceleration for video, the aspect ratio and shifting screen layer are OK. :-( But when I enable SW-acceleration, then my playing movie file is still lagging:
