A very small thing, but it bugs me nonetheless. When I'm done with doing whatever I'm doing with Kodi and I hit the source button on my tv to go to another HDMI connection, (back to regular tv for example) it seems to trigger Kodi to bring up the weather screen (even though I don't have any weather add-ons installed). Then the next time I hit the source button on my TV, to go to HDMI 1 to start using Kodi, the weather screen is there and I have to hit the home button to get rid of it. A real, minor first world problem I know, but is there a way to disable that?

Sounds like your TV button is sending a signal (by CEC), which causes the action.
You can customise the kodi to ignore that - but first you have to find it.
Turn on debugging, and then look at what has been logged when you hit the relevant key.
If you have a problem with this, then you can post the logs for advice (look in the wiki for how to post debug logs)
