There is a bug with Isengard that is really annoying and needs to be patched or removed.

When you enable Live TV now Kodi tries to scan for PVR services, there are several problems with this feature:

Is scans for services whether the user wants Kodi to or not.
When you select "Do you want to use the service on IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX and select No, Kodi crashes and
you have to force close Kodi.
This scan does not check the local loopback adaptor (127.0.0.1 or interface lo) first to see if there is a PVR server running on the same machine.

Why is this scan forced on when you enable Live TV first of all? Why is it required?

Why isn't there an option in the settings to disable this scan?

When it does scan why doesn't it check the IP Address 127.0.0.1 or the local loopback interface?

Why does it crash Kodi when you select No to not use the IP Address it autofinds? I haven't tried the Yes option.

Please fix this.

Kodi 15 works great except for this annoying feature that cannot be turned off and doesn't seem necessary.
Once you configured your addon correctly you won't see that scan dialog again (just for a quick workaround until it gets sorted out).
