You can try a rescue disk and run fsck from there.

I ended up with reinstall: Now it works great, but it will not work good with FTPS.
So I went back to SMB and it now finds every movie etc.
Now it loads Kodi nice and fast. It remembers my settings etc.
Avail space is: 4.1G (Kodi sys info)

If it happens again, you can also run on terminal:
Then reboot. but you need to be armed with a camera to sanp some pictures of what comes up.
