everytime i install kodi on my new windows 10 install it says cannot open sqlite3.dll and i tried it with kodi 15 and kodi 14.2 they both do the same thing i need help fixing this

nothing there helps its all for windows 7 and 8 - 8.1 im on windows 10

i got kodi open but i cannot connect to network server to install from repository

I am told the application can not be created. How do i fix this? I need Kodi running for tomorrow
