Has Bhome hub 3 blocked me using my Kodi?

Connected to Panasonic Viera model TX-P42GT50B

Wireless interface type 802.11 b/g/n
Link speed 65mbps
Security WPA/WPA2 PSK
Channel selection : 6
I have ‘supposedly’ turned off the smart start by changing to wireless channel 6-per a BT conversation. Parental control was not set up. My problem is that I get access to movies but keep getting ‘playback failed’ for tv and online update responded as ‘check failed–check your OTA servier argent.’
As I have connected Kodi to the Panasonic tv, there is no log available.
What do I need to do to get access to the tv stations i.e all the Sports channels?
