Hello. I'm new to this forum and Kodi. Is there a thread dedicated specifically to Amazon Fire TV and Kodi?

I think the support forums are organised by operating system (otherwise there would be hundreds of different machine based forums). So, the Android discussion is the right place to ask questions about Kodi on the Amazon Fire TV.

im looking to upgrade to the newest version of kodi. how can i save all my favourties shows etc?

Updating shouldn't effect any of your other files. If you mean watched status,etc, then you may want to back up your userdata folder just in case. I've just installed 15.1 and it didn't impact on anything else.
