I've one Tronsmart AW80 DRACO TELOS with android 4.4.2 and KODI 15.1 i've attached my disk on USB but kodi show me only avi film
Because don't show all MKV film and previo of jpg image of film?
Anyone can help me?

Can you get us a debug log (wiki) of when this happens?

The file is empty.
When i scroll folder i see it but from kodi the folder of film inside is empty because kodi don't show file .mkv or .jpg but show .avi
