I have a smart TV box at home with kodi installed. I can get into my add one and pick a film to play but no picture comes up at all the screen is blank but the audio works how do I fix this

I have the exact same issue, help would be appreciated here too.

Please provide a Debug_Log (wiki) when this issue occurs so the devs can try to troubleshoot
