I just upgraded to 15.1. I have an AVR, but the Audio Output settings only give me three options:

-Audio output device
-Number of channels
-Keep audio device alive
-Play GUI sounds
-Reset above settings to default

So, when I play HiDEF audio, it gets downmixed to PCM.

This never used to be a problem with XBMC. Could someone please help me enable HD Audio again?

You probably just need change the settings level to Advanced or Expert mode.
