The wiki says you can do this but the example given only works for movies.

Is there any way of tagging shows - for example, I have a large collection of documentary material for which I have created a separate Documentary home page entry based on a file location rule but I would like to be able to subdivide this with tags.

I'm new to kodi but not to computers, so please do not assume too much familiarity with kodi structure in any answer. I'm using the Aeon Nox skin, if that makes any difference.

It should be the same for TV shows, where you just select the show itself. Tags on TV shows are only on the show level and not on the episode level, but it sounds like that will still work for what you want to do.
