I have the HD version of Playon/Playlater, but a lot of the livestreams and movies do not get played in HD. For instance, I'm trying to watch
this game using ESPN3 and it's clearly not HD. However, it's still chewing bandwidth and CPU usage. Any work-arounds?

Playon transcodes the stream. You won't get great quality using it unfortunately.
Ah man that sucks. Vevo Live and all Disney channels show in HD with no problem. I wonder why ESPN3 shows some crappy, low bitrate mess. At any rate, thanks for the quick reply.
