I have a noobie question about m3u files - perhaps someone can point me in the right direction:

When I see a line entry like ‪#‎EXTINF‬:0,NBA USA, sometimes I see a 0, or a "-0" or a "-1". What is the distinction?

The number is the length of the video, -1 means it's infinite. Everything else (0 or -0) is just people who don't know what they're doing.
