Can anyone tell me what i can do to stop or help buffering?
Use ethernet not wifi.
Get a fast and reliable connection from your ISP.
Use good, fast, legal and official sources that aren't supplying pirated junk at slow speeds.
It would help if we knew what software and hardware you are using.
