I think it will be nice to have a "movies set" tab, along the "Movies" and "TV Shows" tab.

not sure if you aware of being able to have it auto put sets IN your movie sections.

I manage my movies with NFO files, with the SET data, using offline NFO.
On kodi, my movies set correctly show up.
I wish to have the same function with Kore.
