Hello guys i'm new to the forum. I have also jailbroken in to IOS 9.0.2 today and had the same problem as you guys but, I did get it to work. Here are the simple steps.

1.From the Cydia app search and install Icleaner.(this is a nice toll to always free up space on your device by clearing cache and temp files)
2. Run ICleaner and perform a "clean".
3. Open up Kodi it should work now

Hope it works for you guys.
did not work for me :/

This is not true. I have written that it won't work in general. The missing jailbreak at that point made it only available to developers. Now that its jailbroken its still a problem that Apple changed a major thing related to loading dylibs. ATM i have no solution for fixing this in a way so that resulting Kodi versions will run on all our supported ios versions.

Stop trying - i will keep you posted in the sticky once a solution was found.
It seems all the people saying it works for them have 32bit devices right?
That would make sense
Now I have installed 15.2 RC3 and it works for me. Ipad 2 iOS 9.0.2 jailbroken by Pangu. At first it didn't show Kodi icon. I have tried restart a few times but it didn't show. Then I have installed some random app from Cydia and then Kodi also appeared. I didn't notice anything not working but I use it mostly for Genesis and playing from network share. Hope this helps someone.
