my system zotac zbox id41 intel atom running Kodi from USB with OpenElec

yesterday i started up my Box and all i get is the background screen of BGN! cannot enter any other setting at all i cannot upload photo to thread so i have changed my Avatar photo this is what i see on my TV.

is there anyway of solving this?

This happened because something went wrong with the script.skinshortcuts which manages the home menu.
The settings screen is still available: https://github.com/Tgxcorporation/skin.b...r-Settings

and then reset the home screen to defaults: settings -> skin settings -> general -> reset the home screen only

No no luck! I can go left and right and select another screen films music etc but this then opens in full screen but cannot access menus, if I go with mouse top, bottom, left and right nothing happening. If I press S then it closes down with out showing sub menu. And obviously I cannot enter folder system when Kodi is not running as it is installed on USB. Would appreciate any other options, don't really want to do a fresh install, but if that's what's needed then c'est la vie

Got fed up trying to solve problem so now have updated openelec and installed Isengard
