I will reupload another log file in case it helps:

i have the exact same issue as takitoes, uninstalled, cleared addon directory, reinstalled, set to best quality, CDN no preference and stream doesn't play. I am able to play streams from Mac or PC without an issue.
Here is the error....

So I tried again last night, quality was still set to best available after update. Still can’t watch live games on my iPad. I was able to watch recorded games from previous day still.
iOS 11 not jail broken, using Cydia impactor to load ipa files from Deb file for Kodi 17.4 64bit.
Again my Kodi completely crashes when I select a live game to watch. I can see the list of games and scores, I select a game, I select which broadcast (home or away), starts to load video but crashes within 5-10 seconds.
I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the addon but it didn’t work before. Should I try again?
Not sure what else I can do.
Thanks again

Okay well I’m kinda glad to hear I’m not the only one having this issue.
Are you able to watch previously recorded games?
Is your iPad jail broken?
Do you have any idea how to see the log file? If yours is jail broken I think you can use an app called ifile to see all the files on your iPad including the Kodi folder. If so can you post the log file so Erack can have a look and perhaps diagnose the issue?
Sorry for all the questions lol.

I have double checked all the settings compared to my laptop and all are the same. Why would it work on one but not the other? confused thanks in advance

First off, thanks for all your hard work eracknaphobia, the community appreciates it!
Having issues on both my platforms, Android boxes and Windows 10 PC.
Here is a log off my Windows Kodi:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/25742821/
No clue what I am doing wrong, valid Rogers subscription, clean Krypton install and latest NHL TV version (2017.10.9).
Really hoping to get this solved, quality off the website or Android app is subpar at best, thinking about a refund from Rogers right now...
Thank you for your help!
