The error you posted seems like an old version are you on 2016.2.6 or 2016.2.7?

Not really. It says the link below is a bad request (http error 400):
https://mf.svc.nhl.com/ws/media/mf/v2.4/...4872971661

If you use a vpn or dns service please disable them

I can access the link in the browser fine if you are able to as well, then I would have to say the authorization value is what is causing the issue.

Double check your username & password. Are you using your nhl.com email address as your username?
That's a bummer. I was hoping it was an easy fix! It's very random in nature... like earlier today I could access one extended highlight package from one of the games, and yesterday I was able to watch the Wings game in its entirety, but after it concluded none of the other games would open for the rest of the night.

I can access all the games in my browser as well as the Ps4 and Android apps. Oh well... thanks for taking the time to try and help me.
Hey Erack, first off thank you for all your work! I will post a log file tomorrow when live games are on again, but on both my android devices (generic box, nexus player) I am unable to watch full game recaps or live games. I can watch highlights and extended recaps.

I am a Rogers subscriber, so my username has an email address. I also use unblock-us.com.

I have no issues using the Rogers NHL app on my Android devices.

In my case I had a lot trouble getting the games to work from just before the all star break, so even before the switch. I will try disabling my dns to see if it helps.

Are other Rogers users able to get the addon working in Kodi?
I have Rogers and I can play games. I was getting to too many user error the last 2 days. I have not tried version 2016.2.7 yet. But either way the games have played for me with Rogers.
I was getting too many usage errors, so I've re-installed 2.7.

On 2.7, is this error supposed to be fixed? It says a fix for usage errors on the change log, but on your to do list, it sounds like you haven't been able to fix it yet.

I'm not complaining, I can try to watch again later. But I'm just a bit confused and wondering if it's actually fixed or not.

Thank you so much for everything again.
For anyone receiving errors with this addon while trying to stream full games and using a service like Unblock-US or another dns service to get around blackouts... That is what is causing your problems. As soon as I set my dns to regular settings I was able to stream out-of-market games no problem at all.
Just wanted to thank you very much for your work on this plugin. I'm really enjoying viewing games @ 60fps on a PC!

One question/suggestion: is it possible to show the current period and time left instead of just "in progress"?

Thanks again!
Any way that this could use the kodi cache for network content for the non-live games? Either that or surface a configuration for the add-on cache size in the settings?

This were fine.

MLB.tv uses as well the network cache.
