I mean, the fact that the scripts.module.pil was not automatically installed with your addon only on my NAS setup makes me thing that maybe some other we're not installed either.
Some more infos on the version installed on my Asustor

Try manually installing pil, works on XIOS XS on linux
Hi,
This has already been fixed by installing the PIL module manually. Thanks for your help though. Now I have another problem which eracknaphobia is looking at.
(2016-03-22, 01:40)th3matrix Wrote: [ -> ]Hi eracknaphobia,
I've read your private message but I can't reply, it say that I don't have access to this page (?!).
So I've done what you ask me in the private message, I created a file named test.strm with the link you provided me in the second message and tryed to open it in Kodi by going to Video->Files->Source drive->test.strm but I only get a message on the bottom right of Kodi saying "Can't find a next item to play". I also get once "One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message".
Oups forgot to give you the link to the log file, so here it is :
http://xbmclogs.com/prw25mfhr
I've done some research and I have found two possible issues but I'm not sure..
1 - Based on this forum post the use of PLAYER_CORE_DVDPLAYER should be replaced with PLAYER_CORE_AUTO :
https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewt...36&p=82139
I know it's for a Raspberry Pi but they are saying that a function named : PLAYER_CORE_DVDPLAYER should not be used, the correct one should be : PLAYER_CORE_AUTO.
I did look at the source code of your .py files and I was not able to find anything related to this so maybe you're not even using this to play a stream...
2 - The librtmp.so.1 file might be outdated on my Asustor Kodi installation but I'm not sure how to check which version it is and how to update it.
I've found that the file is located here :
/volume1/.@plugins/AppCentral/kodi/usr/lib
I can access to the NAS through SSH with putty but I don't have enough knowledge on linux to do the update.
Another thing...
I'm able to view previous game Highlights and Recap without any problem but I can't play the "Full Game" even if it's not live so there is something wrong with the full game play code.
I've found out that under my PC the game link is this :
[link removed]
Under my NAS Kodi this is the link :
[link removed]
Notice that the second link contains % and + that the PC link does not....can it matter ?
The bottom has a url encoded user agent the other doesn't. That's why I sent you one that was like the bottom to see if it works. You said it didn't play so it seems your nas has other issues. I'd prefer you don't post the nhl game links in the thread. It might grab some unwanted attention.
Well only full game does not play...the highlights and recap works perfectly with your addon so I was guessing there is something related to the code that play full game streams...
Do you eant me to remove the links above? Sorry for that...
recap and hightlight don't need a login
I just sent you a donation for your plugin, hope that you'll be able to help me make it work.

Thanks. I try to help everyone, the donations are not required for help.
Looking back at your latest log:

I guess I don't know much about the nas you're using. I did end up testing the linux version of kodi and the add-on does work on my unbuntu laptop but that is apples to oranges here.

Well this means I should update (or downgrade) ffmpeg but I have no idea how to do this...
Th3matrix...I don't know if source code for this addon is available...if so try changing in first couple of lines to allow ffmpeg 2.8.1. The addon will spec which version is required, might work with 281

You mean the source code for the addon or the souce code for Kodi itself ?
The addon doesn't specify which version of ffmpeg to use. That's built into kodi. All my addon does is say "play this url", kodi does the rest.

Where did you get your kodi build from? Seems like it isn't a standard build.
