Help! I can't log in.

Here is my log:

https://paste.ubuntu.com/23341030/

I can play the free recaps no problems.

I have reset and changed my password, but still stuck. Sad
Just adding a data point here:

v.10.13.2016 works fine, v 10.17.2016 does not. v 10.17 errors out when I try to play any game's full feed (recaps work fine). I don't have time to upload logs as of now, but something definitely did break between the versions.
How can we install an old one?

Interesting. I'm still using 2016.3.11 without any issues. Huh

They are all located here.
I am experiencing a strange issue in Kodi v17 Beta 3 with the NHL TV add-on. Every time I start a new game stream, the first approx. 10 seconds repeats and then the video speeds up for a few seconds before stabilizing. This happens with Kodi v17 B3 that is running on my Win10 PC as well as iPad Air 2. This problem does not happen in Kodi v16.1.

I've tried to do a quick search of the forums to see if others are having a similar problem, but have not found anything so far. Was just wondering if anyone also has this problem and if there is a fix for it. For now, I may just go back to Kodi v16.1 if this is a known issue with v17...

Thanks for any advice and apologies if this issue has been mentioned / addressed before!
UPDATE:

I installed plugin.video.nhlgcl-2016.10.13.zip, and with the same login and password it works fine.

Thanks!

I just installed your app on a firestick last night using Kodi 16.1. Most of it works just fine, game recaps and highlights. Although when I try to watch a full game it goes to open the stream and then nothing happens. No error messages or anytning. The app does't freeze it will allow me to select something else. The full game just never loads. Is this a problem specific to firesrick? Maybe a bandwith issue? I have best available selected as the stream quality just in case.

Thanks for the work on the app and any advice you might have!

Are you on the latest version of the addon (2016.10.18)? The last version contained a bug in the login code which could be part of the problem.
I'm an idiot, that did the trick. Thanks!!

Thanks for your continued support on this!

I updated to the latest version (10.18), hit logout, hit defaults, restarted and then tried to watch a full replay of a game from yesterday but still keep getting an invalid credentials error. It's strange because its working perfectly on my FireTV and Macbook, just not on my Windows machine (just updated to 10).

Would anything be lingering from the old version (something like browser cache)? My password does have a "!" in it but it seems weird that my other two devices work just fine.

EDIT: I just installed this on my personal computer as well running Windows 7 and getting the same issue. Double checked my Macbook two seconds later and it runs fine.

On your windows PC open file explorer and go to
Code:
%appdata%\Kodi\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.nhlgcl
Here you will find the cookies and settings files. You can double-check your username & password are correct in the settings file. You could also try deleting the cookies.lwp file if your username and password are correct and you're still having issues logging in.
Is there a method to add a buffer time to the NHL.TV app? The quality is amazing using the app, much better than any other device I have used, however; during a game it seems every minute or so it pauses to buffer. It really seems to stop the flow of the game. It does not bother me if I am not FULLY live, a minute or two behind to avoid buffering would suffice.

I end up using the NHL gamecenter live app on my PS4 because it buffers much less, but rather will just degrade the quality at certain points to compensate. However, the overall quality is not as nice as the kodi NHL.TV app.

Thanks a bunch eh, looking forward to the replies... and please keep up the awesome work. I am so thankful for the app.

PS. I live in Canada, I saw a few posts mentioning that this may be the issue? If I use VPN to the states would this fix the issue? My internet connection is also not a hindrance.

Deleting the cookies file finally fixed my issue where the add-on said I did not have an NHL TV subscription!!! Thank you!!!

I have the same issue. And my Xbox one is doing the same thing as your ps4 (degrades quality). Are you using yonder ? If not it might be a rogers/NHL site problem (I'm in Canada too). Or maybe its yonder that adds lag.
