For some reason, forced subtitles are not appearing during movie playback automatically. I have to selected the forced track manually. I am running Kodi Isengard. Below is the MediaInfo of the MKV i am trying to play back.

As you can see, i have set the forced flag, yet Kodi doesn't seem to play it. Non of the subtitles are Hard-Coded

Anyone able to suggest any possible solutions please?

Was it because it was the second language track or something?

Nope. Setting the forced flag during my encoding wasn't enough for Kodi to see. I had to open the forced subs up in BDsup2sub and edit each frame to set it to forced, then save the sub track, then encoding my Blu-ray with the new subtitle set while still ticking the forced checkbox in my encoding software. Bit of work, but i worked it out on my own
