Not sure what to do, Ive upgraded my broadband speed to fiber to get better streeming but still buffering a lot, ive oked zore cash, but reformatted back to factory settings, but ive lookd in settings and there is still a hell of a lot of app's still running I dont think should be there which may be slowing everything down, so now I have a factory reset box & still have loads of aps still running which 372 MB but nothing is running, is this right ? I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE ! ! !
