Hi guys,

i am back with the same problem as a long time ago.
Gotham 1080p videos stutter

But this time i switched to Windows 10 and did a fresh clean install of the new Kodi 15.1 Isengard.

The CPU rises to 100% with EVERY 1080p video i try to play.
It doesn't drop frames...it skips them....a lot..

SD, DVDs and 720p files work flawlesly.
I tried so many options available in the gui.

I can't activate the hardware accelleration (which i needed in an earlier release). If i do this, only sound is playing with a black screen and crashed kodi ui.

I am sure that it's again a very simple sollution which i can't find.

These are my settings...

Please let there be one with an answere
Still no clue how to fix. Quite annoying

Update: Activate 'Fullscreen window' & 'DVXA' now every 1080p Video runs smoothly with 100% CPU load Cool
More info about your setup and your computer would be helpful. But from the screen shots it looks like you have Windows 10 on an AMD E-350 cpu using the onboard graphics and HDMI.

Try enabling the option called "Allow hardware acceleration - DXVA2". Assuming you have proper windows 10 drivers installed.
7minutes late but thanks.

Setup is visible in my signature.

It's not that I haven't tried your suggestion.
The Problem was a bit more difficult.

With Windows 7 pro and below kodi 15.1 I was able to enable real fullscreen and dvxa hardware acceleration.

I think it is kodis 15.2 fault because now fullscreen and dvxa was stuttering.
Only if I enabled fullscreen Windows and dvxa.
