Hi y'all,
I hope that this isn't a really silly question, or one that has been asked 100 times before. (I've done my best to search and search for an answer). Here's my deal:
I have many movies that I had once-upon-a-time stored in iTunes, and applied custom artwork/posters to. Those posters are embedded in the file, as I understand it, and even show up as the file's icon in Finder.
However, when I add those files in Kodi, the thumbnail shows as a random frame from the movie instead of the embedded artwork.
I am wondering if there is something I am missing, some checkbox, some setting that would resolve this issue. Is it possible to set a file to scrape... itself?... for its own artwork?
I recall having this issue back when these files were in XBMC as well, but I somehow fixed the issue so the posters would display properly. I just can't remember how I had done it.
Any help at all would be SUPER appreciated. Thanks so much!
