Changed IMDb Rating with count to IMDb+Tomatometer+Metascore in VideoInfo



Just paste the zipped files in the appropriate directory in skin folder.

Ok, managed to get CDArt in the video views, but just in the views that make sense to me. You have to activate "Show CDArt" for VideoInfo in Settings.

I modified the VideoOSD a bit to my delight since the clearart was far to big for me. Additionally I added the Year for movie + more series Info into the Header line. Fixed wrong scaled resolution icon is not on the pic but fixed too.

Hey man, love the changes. I will def use. Would you be able to make a version where the icons/buttons resort back to text!? I struggle to see the icons from far.
