I recently redid my media server, and have an annoying issue.

The server has lightdm installed, and boots into Kodi 15, which runs to update the MySQL database when media is added from couchpotato or sickbeard. On the previous install, where I also ran Kodi 15, this worked perfectly, with zero issues, just chugged along.

Now though, for some reason, Kodi freezes after a few minutes of running, locked up, nothing working, which means I have to log in to the server and kill the process every now and then, in order to keep my media centers updated.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it Ubuntu server, or Kodi related?

A debug_log (wiki) will be helpful for troubleshooting......

I don't see anything obvious in the log, but I think it has to do with the weather add-on, something is obviously wrong with it, as it can't update the weather. Due to the random nature of the issue, I suspect that, or library update commands from sickrage, though I can't seem to reproduce the hang consistently with that.

OK, it was the weather add on.
