Hi,
This is quite a recent thing I think, but streams from DVBViewer's Recording Service (installed on another PC) fail around 90% of the time. Around 10% of the time they do work.
Here's a link to a paste of a log where I pretty much just ran Kodi then tried to open a uPnP stream.

As the DVBViewer TV addon also uses uPnP that means this is no longer streaming recordings either. Here's a log where I went into Kodi and tried to run recordings from the TV Recordings menu. The first one - Doctor Who - played back OK. I stopped that then tried to run another one, 2 entries down the list, a recording of Jeff Lynne, and in Kodi absolutely nothing happened - no error, no 'working' message popped up (or if it did, it was too quick for me to see).
Strange errors in the log, it seems to be trying to use a default username and password, unless it's masking it itself - I haven't changed anything.

These are from Kodi running on Windows but the same behaviour is exhibited in OpenELEC 6.0.0 running on a DN2820 NUC.
