well, i am a new kodi user and i have a problem i can not play videos and live tv (with m3u8 files) because when i touch play on videos or live channels, its freezes and windows send me the next message" kodi has stopped responding " and the it closes! with the same config i can watch videos and live tv with m3u8 files in my phone. so i want to know what is happened with this? or if i could have some program that causes this problem ? i really want to use this program!
i have windows 10 4GB RAM

Pre-debug log, have you tried turning off the firewall and seeing if there is a difference?

You may want to head over to this forum: http://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=215 and ask your question there, with your logs. I don't have that pvr, so I didn't see anything right away. But someone else may.
