Kodi Community Forum

Hello all,

I am looking to upgrade Kodi from Helix to Isengard on my 1st gen Fire TV. I installed Helix prior to Amazon removing Kodi from their app store, so I am able to launch Kodi from Recent on the AFTV home screen. Can anyone tell me whether I will I lose this feature if I upgrade Kodi?

I can't say for certain but mine did go away i had to switch back to using llama.

Anyone else had any experience with this?
