No you cannot install KODI on any vizio smart TV, not the right Android platform! Not even sideloaded.

Use a Kodi box or device like a firestick or a Pi that you plug into the TV.
If you have the QBox connected to your TV then what is it that your asking?
The QBox is an android device that plays Kodi just download it from the add store
