Guys, I've been using the kore remote on my iPad and wife's android phone, but it isn't connecting anymore? The only thing I've done today was added a trakt account... Could that have messed something up?

The Kore for iOS... Well. Burn it and bury it. There is an Official iOS remote which works fine. And of course a dedicated forum section for it.
