Hello
I missed it so much Alaska on new XBMC/Kodi that I decided to update it myself.
My target was/is to simplify content so I can later update it easily with Kodi updates.
I merged Alaska Skin from GitHub with some old textures from Alaska Revisited.
I focused on Icon view and fixing all controls.
I left List View as most universal for any content.
Tested on Kodi Isengard, Mac Yosemite, Windows 7 and Ubuntu Mini 14.04.

What is still missing/to be improved:
- Folder Content Menu
- Textures cleanup and compression.
- Background overlay done as Icon/Thumb miniature. Would like to add full screen background video with menu on it.

now that's a welcome surprise - Alaska is still one of the most beautiful skins!

New Part arrived.
I cleaned Picture View and left only Grid/Wall like and List View.
Home Alaska Default and Icons left.
I would like to leave one type per media view except List ...

is it compatible with isengard 15.2? when i try to install from zip file appears depencies not meet!!! ok!! got to install manually!

Updated and tested on Windows Clean Install.
All dependencies pulled as should. Had to fix menus layouts due to that.

On clean Windows install it showed with Default Home View that central icon is active one, but zoomed and changeable is the one ~3 thumbs from selected.
I can not redo this error on my Mac install. Could be it's related with TV Show Thumb not active till such content scanned.
If somebody found same issue please let me know.

Question: What View types would be welcome? Wall? Movie Lovers?

OK. Found it.
On fresh install with no DB Home layout misalignment.

If movie scaned in the library all fine. Position exist, thumbs created and all is matching, zoom and submenu proper. But skin reload needed.
Will take me a while to fix it. As a fact exist on other alaska skins as well.

Settings are operational for Live TV. I miss the way to test it. Sorry
