fTV skin modification with full working and integrated LiveTV part

A lot of you were begging Hitcher to implement LiveTV to his awesome fTV skin. So... I had a few hours left to take care of it

Please also note that a lot ot is handled and displayed differently compared to the original skin (personal preference).

Important:

• Not compatible to Hitcher's official repo version, sorry.
  
• The skin has its own skin ID. So you can keep both, Hitchers fTV and my mod. Just take care of different skin folder names.
  
• I did not take care of PVR based radio. Hello? We are in 2015. Use the internet radio addons

• Increased widget groups to 12
  
• Widget preloading (can be disabled)
  
• Dynamic widget layouts
  
• Dynamic view type selection based on the widgets
  
• Widget position can be moved
  
• Widgets can be assigend to every main menu item
  
• Set widget labels are used for the library views
  
• Weather and Favourites widget can be placed everywhere

It's just for sharing. No other mods will be done.

Important:

Something jumped out at me in your "disclaimer", you mentioned Hitcher's official repo. I didn't realize Hitcher has a repo that would auto update his add-ons including ftv. This whole time I've been downloading the different versions of the ftv skin manually, I had no idea there was a repo.

There isn't a Kodi repo; just my GitHub one.

Reworked the channel OSD. This fits better.

Nice Skins. I like the ftv-Skin, but i needed the PVR. So your skin is the solution

Sorry, I still did not updated my BelloFredo skin to Jarvis and the birth of my baby is estimated in 6 weeks. Don't really have time for bigger projects atm

Why you don't use the newest version of Hitchers fTV?

It's based on his latest version . or respectively all changes were merged?
