Hiya all newbie here am using a mxq android box and have done clean install using kodi 15.2 and have run into problem when i start up kodi i get remote communication server failed and then commoncache failed i have done clean install a couple times but still get messages. I have tried googling for answers but had no luck in resolving issue and help would be great.

After you've done the uninstall check if the folder

Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/

still exists - note the dot in front of the final Kodi means it's a hidden folder under normal Android file viewing. If it does then delete it and restart Kodi.

That is where Kodi stores its files, and I'm not sure if an uninstall removed it. If not then the new reinstall will inherit and continue to use it.
