I recently purchased an android tv box: HiMedia H8 Octa-Core Android 5.1 TV Box any video I try to playback will work fine for a few minutes and then it will either completely freeze or the video will freeze and the audio will continue to play as normal. I have a 15mbps well above the minimum recommended 2mbps and this seems to occur with any video I try, and by freezing I mean that the none of the playback controls will work when it does this.

What source are you playing from our using? Local media or a streaming add-on? If add-on which one?

playing a streaming add-on and mostly channel1 but i have also tried a few others.
