Full Version: set directory for timeshift.vnsi?

Hi,

I am using Kodi 15.2 with built-in VDR and VNSI for timeshift on my raspberry 2 and it works great.
There is only one problem since I changed the directory for the VDR recordings to my NAS (connected over my Intranet).

Sometimes an on-screen message is shown that there is a buffering happening.
And then the connection of my raspberry to my TV is broken (meaning my remote control is no longer working).
I have to change the source on the TV and then back again to my raspberry to make my remote control work again.
So I wanted to change the location of the "timeshift.vnsi", since this never happened as long as the file was located on my raspberry SD card.

Is there any possibility to change the directory for this file?
For me it seems that the recording directory of VDR is used.
BTW: the file is about 6GB.

Thanks and best regards
Gerhard
You can change the location of the timeshift file via vdr ui or setup.conf.
