Hi, i have some problem with Kodi (all version) and Himedia android box. Where i can have a talk or a little bit of conversation with technical support, i have some questions to ask them.

Thanks
The public forum is really the only technical support provided by the Kodi project.
that was easy, cost me 3 seconds with google: http://www.himediatech.com/

I have already though about this and they told me that the problem is Kodi and not the android box wich is true since Android box media player can play correctly everything while Kodi can't. But i would like to use Kodi for subtitles stuff and audio offset feature.
sure they tell you this but it's simply not true. they are the ones who can't build a proper Android box where regular releases of Kodi are working fine.

You can try Himedia Chinese Support forums

Maybe Google Translate?
Call me old fashioned, but.... you could TRY and put your question hereHuh As long as it isn't about a plugin on the naughty list you may get some help.
call me old-fashioned but Kodi is one of the main arguments of these manufacturers for selling their boxes, thus making money with the promise of compatibility and using all the official XBMC/Kodi logos in their marketing, so it's their problem to get their chipsets/firmware compatible with the official (Play Store) builds or at least provide their customers with support and updates instead of their customers posting here and getting angry at Kodi and the community. particularly since these same manufacturers like to pre-load their Kodi installs with add-ons that are considered illegal and which we will not and cannot support.
