My rig:
Server:
TVHeadEnd 4.0.8 with 4 DVB-C and 4 DVB-S2 tuners
Clients:
2x pc with Kodibuntu (Kodi 15.2), 2x pc with OpenELEC 6.0 and one Nvidia Shield AndroidTV (Kodi 15.2).
All pc-clients do well livetv (with both add-on versions), no stuttering, buffering etc., but recordings works only 2.1.17 version. 2.1.18 version cause massive stuttering and 100% CPU load. From log file I found:
Shield has 15.2 with 2.1.18 version of addon. And as pc-clients livetv is ok, recordings not. I don’t know how to downgrade add-on in android so I can’t test different versions. (Briefly test Kodi 16.0 beta 4 with 2.2.8 version but results are the same)
