It means it can't connect to the server you entered. That server is either disconnected at the moment, or you have not typed in the address correctly.

Correct address? What and where? Just tried to install from repository, that's all. Have no idea what address this is to, but I assume KODI?

I don't know what your goal is, so I don't know either. Adding a source means you've entered the address of something. Maybe you've mistyped it, or the address changed (similar to how a web address can change).
