I am wondering if these are the correct percentages under Memory Used?

Is this Memory Used the Cache that I keep deleting before I watch any movies? Or is it a normal percentage while the Fire Stick is running?

Thanks!

Moved to a better forum.
That is RAM. It looks like a normal readout for what Kodi is doing (and whatever else the Fire TV stick does at the same time). You shouldn't have to delete anything, cache or not, before you watch a movie (see caches explained (wiki)). RAM is not persistent and does not require any manual intervention from the user.
Thanks learningit for moving it to the right forum.

Thanks for the reply Ned Scott, it helped a lot. I'm starting to get it all figured out now.
