I just installed Kodi 15.2 on my new Fire TV 2. I'm trying to add my video sources from my movie server via SMB. I've done this many times on my original Fire TV. The new one browses to the Server and asks for the Username and Password but then indicates that the credentials are bad. I'm sure the Username and PW are correct and even tried removing the PW from the server however it still isn't working. No idea what is going on. My server is running WHS 2011.
I found this thread however that appears to be an issue with Windows 7 which I'm not using on my server. Do you think it is the same issue? I believe I'm using Kodi 13.2 on the original Fire TV that is working.
