Hi There,
I have setup a WeTek box at my moms house which has access to my NAS and library via FTP connection. Updating the whole library from scratch (adding all of my movies) atm maybe takes 5 or so minutes tops but whenever i give Kodi the command to cleanup the libraries it takes ages. It can take 20+ minutes.
So i am wondering firstly why the cleanup of remotely accessed libraries via FTP takes this long when scanning the whole library from scratch is even faster?
Any tips or tricks that could speed this up? Locally when i cleanup the same library on my own Kodi machine it takes a few seconds but i am sure that is also because i access it locally but still the remote machine should not take 20+ minutes for a library cleanup or should it?
