The problem seems to be in the addons tab only. If I go into videos select a site go into it. Now if I try say select a movie or video the curser doesn't scroll. If I hit the down arrow on my remote nothing happens right away. To get action, I have to hit the down arrow 5 or 6 times to get a moving curser. By then its 5 or 6 selections down the available content. I get this action both a my Q box and my H8 boxes. This only started since installing Kodi 16. I'm at 16 RC2 now.
