Okay back to the topic. I disabled all email notifications from control panel, but still getting a bundle of email from the threads that I subscribed and from all people that created threads crazy right? I don't know what to do now Admin helpppp!!

try these:

Control Panel > Subscribed Threads > Select All > Delete subscription

Control Panel > Forum Subscriptions > Select All > Delete subscription

@ronie although Control Panel > Forum Subscriptions no such things as: Select All and Delete subscription, but so far no notifications yet.. Thanks
