It has come a long way 
Only 1 thing that I think is needed.
Could there be some sort of visual cue to show which "system" you are configuring after you move over to the right side of buttons. Maybe keep the left button highlighted? Or show text above the controller? I just find it weird that the system buttons loose focus when moving to the right.
